This process will include a credit search, employment check, previous landlord reference and right to rent check (if applicable).

When you pass the background checks, it’s time for you and your landlord to put pen to paper and sign the tenancy agreement.

Get ready to move in

Get excited because it’s move-in day! But before you do, move-in money must be paid and cleared, then you can move in.
